OpenBlue Enterprise Manager (OBEM) is a cloud-based building data analytics platform that pro-actively monitors and analyzes building energy, equipment and space data to identify issues, faults and opportunities for improved energy performance, operational savings and tenant experience. OBEM includes a comprehensive suite of apps delivered through a single pane of glass, empowering customers to drive ESG attributes that improve property value and tenant revenue, while driving sustainability goals.

Powerful analytics root out energy and equipment related problems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These analytics run in the background and find energy and equipment anomalies.

Actionable information is provided through the Fault Detection and Diagnostic (FDD) feature.

OBEM works with Metasys Building Automation and third-party Building Automation Systems (BAS) that support BACnet IP communications to provide a consolidated view and insights at every space with respect to equipment operation starting from portfolio level down to the sub-spaces within the building.

Coupled with OpenBlue Bridge (OBB), it has the flexibility to integrate directly with meters, equipment, occupancy, air quality and other data points using BACnet IP and SQL, and is easy to configure. The application is easy to use with a built-in intuitive help feature making it easy for users to use the software.

OBEM can assist in obtaining ISO 50001 Certification faster.

Refer to the OpenBlue Enterprise Manager Product Bulletin (LIT-12012497) for important product application information.
