On SSF Chillers, you should select the UOM by the unit set on SC-AP/CEG. For example, the data sent by SC-AP/CEG to the cloud in either Metric or Imperial.

The onboarding team onboards the chillers with the same UOM mentioned with the SSF chillers. The From Unit and To Unit options are considered through the SSF chillers. The onboarding team checks the comment box for any comment with the UOM.

With the SSF chillers, you need to mention if there is a BMS issue in the comment box and type Metric UOM data is required to set on the dashboard as data is coming from source unit, for example, from SC-AP/CEG is in Imperial. In this case, Imperial data gets converted to Metric and the default selection is Metric.

If Imperial is required then type, Imperial UOM data is required to set on the dashboard as data is coming from source unit, for example, from SC-AP/CEG is in Metric. In this case, Metric data gets converted to Imperial and the default selection is Imperial.
