Admins can select any user and choose to remove them from the notification rules. The remove user function is available only for Branch Admins and Super Admins.
About this task
To remove a user, complete the following steps:
- In Subscriptions, select the Remove User tab.
- From the User Type list, select a user type.
- From the User list, select a user.
- In the Remarks field, enter a description.
Click Remove User.
Note: For notification rules that have only one entry on the recipient list, you cannot remove a user as the recipient list is a mandatory field of notification rule, a system error is displayed. In the case where the selected user is the only recipient in a list, you can delete the rule.Figure 1. Remove user
