Removing a fault - Johnson Controls - LIT-12014192 - Chiller management portal - Smart Connected Chillers - v2023.Q2

Admins can select any fault description and choose to remove it from the notification rules or from the rules of a specific country. The remove fault function is available only for Branch Admins and Super Admins.

1. In Subscriptions, select the Remove Fault Description tab.
2. From the Chiller Model list, select a model.
3. From the Fault Type list, select a fault.
4. From the Fault Description list, select a description.
5. From the Applicable On list, select all or a country.
   Note: For notification rules that have only one entry in the fault description, you cannot remove it as the fault description is a mandatory field of notification rule.
