You can use snooze to pause the notifications of a chiller or facility for a specific period of time.

Click Snooze on the Notification Rules page to navigate to the Snooze window.

Name Description
Customer Customer data for the specified chiller.
Facility Facility data for the specified chiller.
Chiller Chiller data for the specified chiller.
Snooze slider Slide to snooze or unsnooze for the selected chiller or facility.
Reason

Displays the remarks entered during snooze or unsnooze.
Snooze history

Click Snooze History to view the snooze history of a chiller.

A maximum of 36 records are shown for any chiller. You can download the history if needed.
