Procedure

  1. Click the Bell icon to access the fault notifications.
  2. Select one or multiple notifications that you want to acknowledge, and click Acknowledge.
  3. In the Acknowledge Notification window, in the Comments field, enter a comment. Click Submit.

    The notification is marked as acknowledged.

  4. After you acknowledge a notification, hover over the Acknowledge status to view the acknowledgment details.
    Note: If another user tries to acknowledge a notification that is already acknowledged, the system shows an error message. Click OK to close the window.
