About this task
To create a view, complete the following steps:
Procedure
- Click the Menu options icon, select Setup.

In the Common Admin tab,
select the User tab. Complete the
mandatory fields to create a user (a user other than a primary user).
Note: Only users with impersonation access can set up and access my views.
- In the Global ID/ Username field, enter an ID or username.
- In the Email Address field, enter an email.

In the First Name field, enter a first name.
Note: The first name specifies the name of view that you want displayed. The name you enter displays as the view name in the application.
- In the Last Name field, enter a last name.
- In the Contact Number field, enter a number.
- From the Preferred Language list, select a language.
- From the Role Type list, select a role.
- From the Role Name list, select a role name.

Click Add to save the
entry.
