About this task
To create a recommendation, complete the following steps:
Procedure
- In the Recommendation dashboard, click Add Recommendation.
- From the Category list, select a category.
- In the Title field, enter a title for the recommendation.
- In the Short Description field, enter a description of the recommendation.
- To upload a document, click Choose Files (size limit is 25 MB).
- In the Detailed Description field, enter a detailed description of the recommendation.
- In the Remarks field, enter any comments.

Click Save.
The save option creates a recommendation and saves the recommendation draft state. It is not visible in the home page or to the customer.

Click Publish. There are two options you
can select from:

Publish to Branch Facing Application (BFA).
The BFA creates a recommendation and saves the recommendation draft state. It is not visible in the home page or to the customer.

Publish to Customer Facing Application (CFA).
The CFA publishes the recommendation to the customer facing application. Customers can see the recommendation.
Note: Every time a recommendation is created a unique 6-digit ID is created for it. -
Publish to Branch Facing Application (BFA).
