Use Help & Support to view video tutorials on how to use the Companion mobile application, or to compose an email to send to support.
Note: Consult your local workplace team for specific support processes that include on-site support.
To view the help & support screen, complete the following steps:
- From the home screen, tap the Menu icon in the upper left of the screen.
- Tap Help & Support.
- Optional: Tap App Tutorials to watch videos on how to use the Companion mobile application.
- Optional: Tap Contact Support to compose an email to the support centre for Companion.
