Use Companion to reserve a workspace or parking space.

Note: If your workplace has conditional access restrictions to comply with social distancing, you might not be able to reserve a workspace for the same day. In this case, reserve a workspace at least one day in advance. For more information, see Conditional access and maximum capacity.
To reserve a space from the calendar screen, complete the following steps:
  1. On the home screen, tap Calendar.
  2. On the calendar screen, tap My Spaces.
  3. Tap the + icon.
  4. From the relevant lists, select a space type, location, and any necessary resources.
  5. Select a date and time.
  6. If reserving a parking space, you can select Handicap Parking to reserve a disabled parking bay.
  7. To set up a repeat reservation, tap Repeat and select the days for the reservation to repeat on.
  8. Tap Search. Spaces that meet the selected requirements display.
  9. Select the space that you want to reserve, then click Save.
To reserve a space from the floor map screen, complete the following steps:
  1. On the home screen, tap Floor map.
  2. In map view or list view, tap the space that you want to reserve.
  3. Tap Reserve.
  4. Select a date and time.
  5. If reserving a parking space, you can select Handicap Parking to reserve a disabled parking bay.
  6. To set up a repeat reservation, tap Repeat and select the days for the reservation to repeat on.
  7. Tap Reserve.

When your reservation is near, you receive a reminder on the Companion app. If you do not check in to the reserved workspace in time, the system releases the workspace.
