Use the help desk feature to restock on protective equipment such as sanitizer, face masks, and gloves. This request is sent to the appropriate department. When an admin receives the request, they handle the ticket and update its status on completion.

To request help desk assistance, complete the following steps:

  1. On the help desk screen, to create a ticket, tap the + icon.
  2. Tap the QR/NFC icon to identify a space. Alternatively, enter the details manually.
  3. If entering the details manually, select a building, floor, and relevant space.
  4. To select safety supplies, tap Safety Supplies, and select the appropriate supplies.
  5. To change the quantity of safety supplies, tap Sanitizer, Hand Gloves, Mask, and select a quantity for each.
  6. In the notes field, enter any other relevant information.
  7. Select a priority value.
  8. To upload a file, tap Upload Files.
  9. Tap Submit.

When you submit the ticket, track the status of the ticket in the helpdesk list view.
