Kiosk is an optional Companion feature and has the following types:

• Desk reservation kiosk without a personalized experience: floor plan, desk reservation, navigation, and check-in.
• Personalized kiosk for visitors: visitor schedule, available desk reservation, navigation to available spaces, find the host, and order food from the cafeteria.
• Personalized kiosk for employees: employees can access desktop Companion on a general kiosk for an alternative way to interact with Companion.
• Cafeteria order fulfillment kiosk: cafeteria staff can manage orders.
• Meeting room kiosk:
  • Inside the meeting room: users can view the meeting room schedule, capacity, and resources, book the room for the current day, adjust comfort settings, and order food from the cafeteria.
  • Outside the meeting room: users can view the meeting room resources and the availability and capacity of a room, they can create an instant booking, and view the room schedule for a day.

Install Companion kiosk on any tablet or computer with a supported browser and place it near entrances or other public spaces as necessary.
