Companion offers two easy ways to seek help when you need it and to report emergencies, problems, and facilities issues: SOS and work order.

Use the SOS button on the dashboard for quick access to local emergency numbers and contact information for on-site volunteer first responders. You can also send an incident report that delivers through text message to first responders in your building. If you need to request support or send a private report, SOS also includes a Contact HR button.

Use the Companion work order feature to easily submit tickets to admin, facility, and IT, or to request a safety supply delivery to your space. You can scan location details using QR or NFC, or enter the location of the issue manually, along with details, a photo, and a priority ranking. Companion administrators manage tickets. Users can see the resolution status of their tickets.
