Figure 1. Comfort control feature

Occupants can use the comfort control feature to personalize spaces based on their preference for the temperature, lighting, window coverings, and other available comfort functions. Occupants can control the attributes for closed spaces, such as a meeting room or office. The control of a meeting room environment is enabled only for the person who booked the meeting room at the start of the reservation.

Occupants can choose from comfort modes for a one-tap configuration of comfort controls for their specific needs, for example, a presentation mode that contains light and window covering settings appropriate for a presentation. Occupants can save a group of settings as a comfort mode, or they can choose from comfort modes that administrators define.

For open or shared spaces, occupants can suggest comfort setting changes to the facility administrator.
