Occupants can use Companion to order food from a corporate cafeteria at the site and track their orders. Users can also reorder past orders or add items to their favorite list for a more efficient and convenient ordering process.
Administrators configure the cafeteria locations, users, timings, status, and
menu. Cafeteria staff manage orders using the cafeteria order fulfillment kiosk. For
example, an administrator can configure the following separate roles:
- A cafeteria management role for a user who manages the cafeteria opening times and the menu, and sets the status of the cafeteria to open or closed in the admin portal.
- A cafeteria staff role for users who manage the orders in the cafeteria kiosk.
