Your organization may implement maximum capacity or conditional access restrictions for a number of reasons. For example, to promote efficient space use or to comply with COVID-19 restrictions. If the capacity is full, you cannot check in.

If your organization uses maximum capacity or conditional access restrictions, reserve your meeting room or desk in advance to ensure that you have workplace access when you need it. You can reserve spaces several weeks in advance.

Conditional access

When conditional access restrictions are applied, you must have a workspace reservation or an accepted meeting invitation to access the building. If you do not have a booking, your access card or phone-as-badge does not grant access to the building and you cannot check in to an unreserved workspace.

Maximum capacity

When maximum capacity restrictions are applied, there is a limit to the number of people who can access the building. Users cannot check in to or reserve a workspace when the building is at maximum capacity. If the building is at maximum capacity, your access card or phone-as-badge does not grant access to the building.
