To view your space reservation details, open the calendar, and click or tap on a reservation. An information panel opens, where you can select the following options:
- Navigate: navigate to the workspace.
- Comfort : control the temperature, lights, and window coverings for your space. You can control the comfort settings for closed spaces, and for open or shared spaces, you can suggest comfort setting changes to the facility administrator.

Extend
: extend the duration of an in-progress
reservation.Note: You can extend the reservation in a certain time window before the reservation ends. The extension time window is configured by the administrator.
- Edit Reservation : edit the reservation details of a future reservation.
- Cancel Reservation : cancel a future reservation.
- Check-in or Check-out: check in to the space or check out from the space.
