Procedure
To schedule a physical or online meeting, complete the following steps:

Choose from the following options to open the Schedule Meeting page:
- On the dashboard, in the upper right, click or tap Schedule, and select Schedule Meeting.
- In the Features panel, click or tap Calendar, and select Schedule Meeting.
- In the Title field, enter a title.
- Select a location from the Location list.
- To set preferences for a physical meeting, click or tap Select Your Preference, and select the meeting room resources that you require.
- Select a date from the calendar and a start and end time. To set the meeting to last all day, select the All Day check box.

In the Required
Participants and Optional
Participants fields, start typing the names of the participants,
and select them from the list. To check attendee availability, click or tap
Check Availability and complete the
following steps:
- Adjust the meeting time, if necessary.

To select a meeting room, click or tap a room below the
availability schedule. To view all the available meeting rooms, click or
tap the link to search for more meeting rooms, then select the building
and floor, and click or tap Search. Click or tap
the meeting room you want to book.
Note: If you book a VIP meeting room as a non-VIP user, a VIP user can override your booking. If another meeting room is available with the same resources and the same or larger capacity, Companion automatically assigns that room for your meeting. If no such room is available, your meeting is canceled. You receive a notification about any changes to your booking.
- To create a recurring meeting, click or tap Repeat and select the recurrence options.
- For an online or mixed meeting, turn on the Online Meeting toggle switch.

To select a meeting room, click or
tap Select Meeting Room, select the
building and floor, click or tap
Search, and choose an available room.
Note: If you book a VIP meeting room as a non-VIP user, a VIP user can override your booking. If another meeting room is available with the same resources and the same or larger capacity, Companion automatically assigns that room for your meeting. If no such room is available, your meeting is canceled. You receive a notification about any changes to your booking.
- Optional: To add information about the meeting, click or tap Description.
- Click or tap Create.
