Linking to a health assessment - Johnson Controls - LIT-12013271 - Software Application - Companion Workplace Experience Application - 2.8

To link to a health assessment, complete the following steps:

1. On the Wellness screen, click the Health Assessment tab.
2. On the Health Assessment screen, click Create New.
3. On the Create Health Assessment screen, select a location.
4. In the Title field, enter a title.
5. In the Description field, enter a description.
6. In the URL field, enter the appropriate URL.
7. Click Save.
