To redo a canceled visit, complete the following instructions:

Procedure

  1. From the Home page, click Visitor's Log.
  2. Click the canceled visit that you want to redo.
  3. In the upper left corner of the screen, click Redo.
  4. Change the appropriate details, then click Save and Generate OTP.
