About this task

Complete the following instructions to create a new visit:

Procedure

  1. From the Home page, in the navigation menu, click Visitor's Log.
  2. Click New Visit.
  3. In the Visitor Information section, enter the relevant visitor information. Companion sends the visitor access passcode to the email address that you enter.
  4. In the Host Information section, enter the relevant information on the person hosting the visitor.
  5. In the Visit Details section, enter the relevant details.
  6. If the visitor requires parking, select Parking Required.
  7. Click Save and Generate OTP.
