To create a HR team, complete the following steps:

  1. On the User Configuration screen, click the HR Team tab.
  2. Click Create New.
  3. In the User Name field, enter a name.
  4. Optional: In the First Name field, enter a name.
  5. Optional: In the Middle Name field, enter a name.
  6. Optional: In the Last Name field, enter a name.
  7. Optional: In the Email Id field, enter an email.
  8. Optional: In the Contact Number field, enter a number.
  9. From the Location list, select a location.
  10. From the Building list, select a building.
