About this task
Procedure
- From the Home page, select Space Reservation.
- In the Group Reservations tab, click Create New.
- Select the user's role from the dropdown list.
- Select the collection the user belongs to.
- In the Add Members field, enter the names of each person.
- In the Location Information section, select the relevant options from the dropdown lists.
- In the Space Information section, select the relevant options from the dropdown lists.
- In the Date & Time Details section, select the relevant time slots.
- Click Search. Spaces that meet the selected requirements appear.
- Select the space that you want to reserve using Map View or List View, then click SAVE.
