About this task

Create a portfolio in the Space Tree using the Admin Portal. You can create only one portfolio. To create a portfolio space in the Space Tree, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. From the Home page, in the navigation menu, select Space Configuration.
  2. From the Space Tree pane, click Add New.

  3. In the Portfolio field, enter the name of the portfolio.
  4. From the Date format list, select the format of the date that you want to display.
  5. From the Select domain list, select the domain name of the organization.
  6. From the Select Language list, select the language for this portfolio.
  7. In the Application name field, enter a dashboard title.
    Note: The name you enter changes the dashboard title. The name of the mobile application remains Companion.
  8. Optional: To apply a custom theme to the Companion UIs, select Apply white labelling and complete the following steps:
    1. In the Upload logo (Branding) area, click Browse and select a logo image file for branding.
    2. In the Upload logo (QR Code) area, click Browse and select a logo image file for QR codes.
    3. In the Upload splash screen image for Android Phones, choose from the following options:
      • To upload PNG images of various sizes, select PNG and click Browse for each image size to select the image.
      • To upload an SVG image, select SVG and click Browse to select the image.
    4. In the Upload splash screen image for iPhone, choose from the following options:
      • To upload PNG images of various sizes, select PNG and click Browse for each image size to select the image.
      • To upload a PDF image, select PDF and click Browse to select the image.
    5. In the Upload login screen image for Android Phones, choose from the following options:
      • To upload PNG images of various sizes, select PNG and click Browse for each image size to select the image.
      • To upload an SVG image, select SVG and click Browse to select the image.
    6. In the Upload login screen image for iPhone, choose from the following options:
      • To upload PNG images of various sizes, select PNG and click Browse for each image size to select the image.
      • To upload a PDF image, select PDF and click Browse to select the image.
    7. From the Select theme color list, select the theme color.
  9. Click Save.
