Creating a location - Johnson Controls - LIT-12013271 - Software Application - Companion Workplace Experience Application - 2.8

Create additional locations in the space tree using the Admin Portal.

1. From the Home page, in the navigation menu, select Space Configuration.
2. From the Space Tree pane, select Portfolio.
3. Click Add New.

4. From the Select Language list, select the language that Companion uses in this location.
5. In the Location name section, enter the name of the location in all applicable languages.
6. From the Country list, select the country name of the location.
7. From the State list, select the country state of the country.
8. From the City list, select the city of the location. The time zone populates automatically based on the selected city.
9. If available, from the Space mapping system list, select the space mapping system for the location.
10. If Wellness rules are enabled, from the location field, choose the location to be mapped.
11. Click Save.
