Create an office in the Space Tree using the Admin Portal.
About this task
Procedure
- From the Home page, in the navigation menu, select your location, building, floor, and zone, then select Space Configuration.
- From the Space Tree pane, select the name of the building, and select the Zone that you want to create an office in.
- Click Office.
- Click Add New.
- If this office is assigned to a user, select the Assigned Office check box.
- In the Office name field, enter the name of the office in all applicable languages.
- In the User field, enter the name of the user of the office.
- From the Resource list, select the appropriate resources.
- From the Business Unit list, select the appropriate business units.
- Click Save.
