Creating a Refuge Area - Johnson Controls - LIT-12013271 - Software Application - Companion Workplace Experience Application - 2.8

A Refuge area is an area for employees to go when there is an emergency situation in the building.

1. From the Home page, in the navigation menu, select Space Configuration.
2. From the Space Tree pane, select your location, building, floor, and zone, then select Refuge Area.
3. Click Add New.
4. From the Location name list, select the location of the Refuge Area.
5. From the Building name list, select the building of the Refuge Area.
6. From the Floor name list, select the floor of the Refuge Area.
7. In the Refuge name field, enter the name of the Refuge Area in all applicable languages.
8. In the Refuge area field, enter the area of the Refuge Area.
9. Click Save.
