Creating a Courtyard - Johnson Controls - LIT-12013271 - Software Application - Companion Workplace Experience Application - 2.8

A Courtyard is an outdoor space with surrounding building walls.

1. From the Home page, in the navigation menu, select Space Configuration.
2. From the Space Tree pane, select the Building name.
3. Click Add New.
4. In the Courtyard name field, enter the name of the Courtyard in all applicable languages.
5. In the Courtyard area field, enter the area of the Courtyard.
6. From the Contact Information section, in the Name field, enter the contact name of the tenant of the Courtyard.
7. In the Email field, enter the email address of the contact person.
8. In the Short name field, enter a short name for the contact person.
9. In the Phone number field, enter the phone number of the contact person.
10. Click Save.
