To create a Meeting Room Event, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. From the Home page, in the navigation menu, select Meeting Room Events.
  2. In the Start date field, enter the start date of the event.
  3. In the End date field, enter the end date of the event.
  4. From the Select meeting room list, select the meeting room that the event is being held.
