Configuring a business unit - Johnson Controls - LIT-12013271 - Software Application - Companion Workplace Experience Application - 2.8

To create a business unit, complete the following steps:

1. On the Global Configuration screen, click the Configure Business Unit tab.
2. Click Add Business Unit.
3. On the Create New Business Unit screen, from the Location list, select a location.
4. From the Building list, select a building.
5. From the Floor list, select a floor.
6. In the Business unit name field, enter a name.
7. In the Description field, enter a description.
8. If the unit has a special status, check the Special status box.
9. Click Save.
