Procedure

To configure comfort rules, perform the following steps:

  1. From the Home page, in the navigation menu, select Comfort Configuration.
  2. On the comfort configuration page, click the Comfort Rules tab.
  3. Choose from the following options:
    • To create a new comfort rule, click Create New and continue with the next step.
    • To edit a comfort rule, click the comfort rule's row in the list and continue with the next step.
    • To delete a comfort rule, click the Delete icon in the Action column for the comfort rule in the list.
  4. For a new comfort rule, select a location, building, and floor. When you edit a comfort rule, you cannot change the location, building, or floor.
  5. To enable comfort controls for a location, select For location. To enable comfort controls only on space booking, check the For space booking check box.
  6. To change the temperature unit, use the Set Point Temperature Unit toggle switch.
  7. To enable or disable temperature control, use the Enable Temperature Control toggle switch.
  8. Enter a minimum and maximum value in the Set Point Temperature Range fields.
  9. Select a value from the Temperature Increment in Degrees list.
  10. In the Default Space Settings section, select the default values for lighting, brightness, temperature, blinds, shades, and other comfort controls.
  11. Click Save or Update.
