Procedure

  1. Remove the connectors from the back of the NSD.
  2. See Figure 1 for proper wiring installation. If additional options need to be wired, refer to building prints for a proper wiring diagram.
  3. Plug the connectors back into the NSD.
  4. Carefully push the wires into the electrical box and mount the NSD. Install four screws to hold the pressure monitor firmly to the base.
  5. Press the cover plate onto the NSD1380 Nurses Station Display.

    Important: Wire the NSD exactly as the wiring diagram shows. Making modifications to the wiring may severely damage the unit.
    Important: Use end-of-line (EOL) terminations if the installed device is the last device in the communications chain. The 100 Ohm reference resistors are optional.
