About this task
The NSD1380 Display is ready to use after it is properly installed and configured. Figure 2 shows the Nurses Station Display (NSD), which is programmed with a default configuration that can be easily modified to fit your application.

The technical section is separated into four parts that cover all aspects of the NSD. Each section is written as independently as possible.
Procedure
- Configuration explains the programming keys, the programming sequence, and how to program the NSD.
- Menu and Menu Items lists all of the firmware items, some of which are available to program and change.
- Maintenance and Repair Parts covers all routine maintenance of equipment, along with a list of repair parts.
- Troubleshooting describes how to diagnose and resolve mechanical or performance problems.
