About this task

To uninstall the Professional Productivity Tool from your computer, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Select the Windows Start menu.
  2. Click Control Panel.
  3. Click Programs and Features.
  4. Right-click JCI PPT for MEM 1.2.x.x.
    Note: If you see JCI Professional Productivity Tool (PPT) Version 4.2.xxxx in the Programs and Features window, check that you are uninstalling the correct instance, as this is the PPT for Panoptix instance.
  5. Click Uninstall.
  6. Click Yes to uninstall the program from your computer.

Results

The Professional Productivity Tool uninstalls from your computer. Your project files remain intact after you uninstall the PPT software from your computer.
Note: If you do not intend to re-install PPT then follow the same process to uninstall Microsoft Visual Basic PowerPacks 10.0.
