Exporting data from JEM - Johnson Controls - LIT-12012585 - Software Application - JEM: Johnson Controls Enterprise Management - 1.3.1

You can export data from Johnson Controls Enterprise Management to PPT with an Excel spreadsheet. Ensure that the PPT project uses the same Data Collector and Data Source as JEM. There are a number of steps in this process, and it is important to complete them in the correct order.

1. Navigate to the Auto Configuration tab of the Setup section in Johnson Controls Enterprise Management, and select the Configuration sub tab.
2. Click Download file for PPT.
3. Open the file from your Downloads folder on your device.
4. Click Download JEM template.
5. Open the file from your Downloads folder on your device.
6. Navigate to PPT. You have two options:
   1. Create a new project in PPT. This option is useful when JEM was configured without using PPT. If you choose this option, you must use SCT to create a new project. You can follow step 7 when you complete the creation of a new project in SCT.
   2. Modify an existing project in PPT. This option is useful when you have made changes in JEM and you want to bring them back into PPT. Proceed to step 7.
      Note: PPT cannot update or modify existing JEM data. PPT can only create new changes to JEM data.
7. Click Action/Import JEM Configuration.
