About this task

Only administrator users can submit a request to edit company information. See User roles for more information.

Procedure

  1. In the User menu, click the edit icon. The Company Information dialog box appears.
  2. Edit the fields that you want to change.
  3. Click Update. The Company Information dialog box closes and the following message appears with the ticket number: Request has been sent. Click the ticket number to view the ticket details.
