The Chiller Forced Upstage module derates the current running chillers by comparing the CHW supply temp and flow to a setpoint. This module provides two Boolean outputs. One output sets the derate flag true or false based on its inputs. The other output issues a 5-second derate reset pulse 5 minutes after the derate flag transitions from true to false. This module is implemented as a control activity.
