The Reliability of all modules reflects the Reliability of its Outputs. If any Output Reliability is not reliable, then the module Reliability must not be reliable.

During Commissioning, the Heat Exchanger Selector primitive checks the value of the Device nn Capacity, Rated CW Flow (i), and Rated CHW Flow (i) properties of all devices with indexes less than or equal to Number of Devices. If the Device nn Capacity is less than or equal to zero or if either of the flows is less than zero, then the primitive does not execute and its reliability is Unreliable: Invalid Configuration.

If you attempt to change any of these properties to an invalid value, the module rejects the write and sends a corresponding write error.

The module checks the values of the following attributes, according to the Control Mode and the CW headered/dedicated attributes as follows:
