The Tower Control module controls a single or multiple speed cooling tower fan. This module accepts as inputs a mode, a command, a speed 2, a speed 3, a delay, a safety, a percent command, a ramp time, a percent limit, and a maintenance switch. Based upon the input command and attribute settings, the module outputs a rotate enable, a fan onoff, a fan onoff x (where x is 1-3), and an output.
