The Staged Device Enable Determination Parallel module ensures that airflow is enabled before VAV Staged Box Heating Control is enabled. The module interlocks with a parallel fan command, or checks that the supply flow is greater than the minimum heating flow setpoint (when there is a box fan) before enabling the staged heating.
