  • Pressurize: This mode opens the OAD and closes the RAD and EAD.

  • Depressurize: This mode opens the EAD and closes the RAD and OAD.

  • Close: This mode opens the RAD and closes the EAD and OAD.

  • Purge: This mode opens the EAD and OAD and closes the RAD.

  • Min OA: This mode closes the EAD. The RAD and OAD are 100% open. This is done to prevent air from entering the building through the exhaust air damper.

  • Hold: This mode holds the dampers in their last position.

  • Ramp Min OA: This mode ramps the EAD closed and the OAD open at a controlled ramp rate. The RAD position is the complement of the EAD position.

  • Ramp Open: This mode ramps the EAD open at a controlled ramp rate. The RAD position is the complement of the EAD position, and the OAD is at a fixed 100% position.

  • T Control: This is the free cooling state. The EAD is modulated to allow outdoor air for cooling purposes. The OAD position is fixed at 100%, and the RAD position is the complement of the EAD position.
