About this task

To change the settings of the installed files for the ScheduleCommand service, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Navigate to C:\services\servicescompanion\JCI.MyWorkplace.Integration.ScheduleCommand\ JCI.MyWorkplace.Integration.ScheduleCommand.exe.config.
  2. Navigate to the Connection: Connection String section:
  3. To connect to the database, replace the following information:
    • Replace [SQLServerInstance] with the SQL Server Instance name.
    • Replace [DatabaseName] with Companion.
    • Replace [Id] with the SQL Login user ID.
    • Replace [Pwd] with the SQL Login password.
  4. In the appSettings section, to turn on all the lights in the facility during the start of the business hours, set sod:Enabled = true and set sod:Time to the business hours start time (UTC). To turn off all the lights in the facility during the end of the business hours, set: eod:Enabled = true and eod:Time to the business hours end time (UTC).
  5. Navigate to JCI.MyWorkplace.Integration.BMS.Core.dll.config.
  6. In the appSettings section, replace the LightingCommandPriority and AirconCommandPriority with the required values or leave them as the default values.
