Procedure

  1. In the Requests tab, click ticket request you want to deny. The Support Ticket Details dialog box appears.
  2. Enter a reason for denying the request in the Annotation text field.
  3. Click Deny. The Deny Request dialog box appears.
  4. Click Deny. An email is sent to the with the denial notification that includes the annotation text as the denial reason and the name of the user that denied the request appears in the Approve/Denied By column.
