Procedure

  1. In the Requests tab, click View for a request. The Ticket Details dialog box appears.
  2. Enter a reason for denying the request in the Annotation text field.
  3. Click Deny. The Deny Request dialog box appears.
  4. Click Deny. A confirmation message appears, and an email is sent to the with the denial notification that includes the annotation text as the denial reason.
