About this task

Administrator users and standard users can submit a request to edit the account information. To edit the account information, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. In the User menu, click Account information. The Account Information dialog box appears.
  2. Edit the fields that you want to change.
  3. Click Update. The Account Information dialog box closes and the following message appears with the ticket details: Request has been sent. Click the ticket number to view the ticket details.
