On the WNC1800 Home Screen (Device List > WNC > WNC Home Page), check that Current Radio Reliability is Online. The PAN ID and Active Channel are also shown. The PAN ID on the coordinator is set using the DIP switches. The WNC Gateway reads this number and shows it on this screen. Manually adjust the Active Channel, if necessary.
