Once the WEPCs are powered on and begin communication with the WNC Gateway, the number of online devices increases until all WEPCs on your network are discovered. If a WEPC stops communicating for any reason, the number of online devices decreases and the number of offline devices increases.

Note: Use the Rediscover Devices button if alarms and status indications do not self-clear, firmware has been updated, or new applications have been downloaded to the controllers.

Once devices are recognized by the WNC Gateway, you can view and edit the settings on the connected devices by accessing them through the Device List. See the Related Literature section in this document to find the literature specific to the device you are setting up.
