Once the FX-WRZ sensor is communicating with the FX-ZFR or FX-ZFR Pro Series Router or FX-WRZ78xx Receiver, press and release the manual occupancy override button to display the signal strength.
Press and hold the manual occupancy override button on the FX-WRZ Handheld Temperature Room Sensor (Figure 1) for 5 seconds or more to place the sensor into Rapid Transmit Mode and initiate a signal strength test with the associated FX-ZFR or FX-ZFR Pro Series Router or FX-WRZ78xx Receiver.

The signal strength is shown on the display on the face of the sensor (Figure 15).
Before installation, an optional FX-WRZSST-120 Wireless Sensing System Tool can be used with any FX-WRZ Handheld Temperature Room Sensor as a site survey tool, to determine potential locations for system devices and to determine the wireless signal strength between the system devices in the application.
