You can attach the room sensor to the hospital bed in a number of ways. The first way is to wrap the tether cord around the hand rail a few times so it does not slide off of the bed, making sure that the patient has access to the sensor.
Another way is to attach a security clip to the cable near the sensor end and then clip the cable to the bed. Be sure to position the clip in a way that does not come undone or interfere with the position of the bed. You can purchase a security clip from a healthcare supply company such as Crest Healthcare Supply (www.cresthealthcare.com) or Ocelco Healthcare Equipment and Parts (www.ocelo.com).
