Characterizes the intended effect of the Active state of Present Value from the viewpoint of the operator. The content of this string is a local matter but is intended to represent a readable description of the Active state.
For example, if the physical output is a switch contact, then the Active Text attribute is assigned a value such as Fan 1 On. If either the Active Text or the Inactive Text attribute is present, both of them are present.
